Systems Superuser Analyst

• Performs system troubleshooting and analyzing the cause of the issue
• Align the system configuration based on the operations/customers requirement
• Assist and validate the creation of SOP and w/ Ops that have system related transactions
• Propose system enhancements that will help operations efficiency increase
• Conducts training for Key Users whenever there have been any changes in the process related to the system
• Maintains system configuration up to date from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensures all recurring issues are being addressed properly and identify solution/work around
• Identify process improvements/system enhancements that would make the operations more efficient.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Silang Cavite
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in SAP, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
