Responsibilities To make sure that the operations is running smoothly and efficiently by doing the following responsibilities: - Ensures KPI targets of stock and crossdock receiving, crossdock allocation, and concessionaires are met with the available resources. - Oversee the actual operations real-time and attend the daily huddle of operations team. - Coordinate with Outbound, Inventory, and other departments to align operational strategies in maximizing the performance of the team. - Monitor the Inbound teams resources and ensure proper utilization. - Answer to concerns and inquiries of suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. - Lead the Inbound team in all operational concerns, process continuous improvement initiatives, and preparation and action plan to hit all key performance indicators. - Establish effective work processes and measures. - Implement and supervise the adherence of up-to-date processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures and associated forms to achieve prescribed outputs. - Participate in customer, regulatory and internal operational audits as required and work with the team to implement the agreed action plan. Requirements -Graduate of any course -Preferably Supervisory, Team Leader Level/Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
