- Facilitate customer product application training in support of conversion or retention of key customers.
- Develop clinical and product application training modules that will help increase the competence of internal and external sales teams.
- Decide scientific/medical subject matter appropriateness of materials used to support internal/external interactions; Utilization of scientific findings to enhance or develop local clinical application modules
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Regulatory Affairs team and subject matter experts in the development and harmonization of product training materials, such as hands-on video tutorials, e-learning modules, powerpoint presentations, online surveys and the like.
- Utilize product specifications, instructions for use (IFUS), clinical practice guidelines (CPGs), expert recommendations and the like to generate appropriate visual and clinical claims.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to clinically support customer engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion. Conduct clinical demonstration of equipment or product, as support to sales product inclusion and commissioning activities
- Develop strong, working relationships with end-users and key external stakeholders as a clinical representative of the company and lead the companys safety advocacy.
- Conduct thorough customer visits in the oncology, OR, or ICU as the end-users consultant regarding product use in various clinical situations.
- Actively engage in insight-gathering activities with regard to customers needs, habits, and recommendations related to the use of the product.
- Participate in meetings, forums, exhibits, conferences, conventions and the like by taking an active role during clinical product discussions, demonstrations and promotion.
- Provide scientific input into cross-functional strategy; leverage local clinical and medical insights to best inform and update cross-functional strategy development.
- Support sales and marketing teams on the identification of the tender specification with respect to the therapy.
- Evaluate and recommend clinical usability and maintenance of demo assets.
- Registered Nurse, preferably with at least 1 year of clinical experience in OR, ICU, ER, Trauma, or Oncology
- Experience in delivering lectures in small groups or in a large audience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 60% of the time
- Proficient in using Office 365 applications (MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Sound clinical knowledge on identified therapy/product application
- Ability to read and interpret clinical publications and protocols
- Ability to present complex material (e.g. clinical journals) in a simplified language Time management
- Skilled in planning and organizing
- Proficient digital skills
