Responsibilities
- Writing and posting job descriptions to relevant sourcing platforms
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
- Identify specialized skills and qualifications and screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with the CEO and HR Manager to forecast hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Account creation for new hires
- Contract creation for new hires
- Onboarding of new hires
- Tracking and updating of hiring priorities
Experience and Skills
- 2+ years in Human Resources
- 5+ years of working experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
