1 Planning of Sales Goals and Strategies Establish and implement sales goals and objectives Create, develop and implement sales strategies Plan and organize sales activities Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques which can contribute to sales growth Analyze the company’s sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes 2 New Account/Sales Opportunity Development Analyze the market to identify new sales and business opportunities Evaluate market demand to meet customers’ needs and expectations Be aware on the products and activities of the competitors Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells Prepare and promote promotional campaign materials – samples, prototypes, documents and presentation Participate at trade fairs and other events 3 Handling of Sales and After-Sales Service a. Compile and track sales data – monthly requirement, price movement b. Manage stocks/requirements of the customers and monitor outstanding accounts in coordination with the Accounts Receivable Team c.
