Senior Clinical Trial Assistant

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for a talented full-time Senior/Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team in the Philippines with a focus on management of our Veeva Vault system.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:
Setting up and maintaining the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and project specific tracking tools;

Conducting quality reviews of eTMF documents as well as overall eTMF reviews;

Creating and maintaining the eTMF and TMF tracking documents;

Preparing essential document templates for the project team;

Providing administrative support to all project team members;

Attending Study Team meetings and preparing and distributing minutes;

Coordinating archiving of electronic project files at the end of the project; and

Performing any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

To be successful in the role, we’re looking for candidates with:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in clinical research within a CRO, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical company;

Experience with Veeva Vault and working in eTMF platforms is essential;

High degree of computer literacy specifically experienced in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Web-Browser applications and capable of learning new systems;

Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with competing projects and deadlines; and

Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines.
