Position Overview: The Alliance Operations Specialist will support the Microsoft Alliance Team in managing and optimizing the Program operations for our Microsoft alliance. This includes handling the daily operations of CSI, MCI, Partner Center Referrals, Azure Marketplace, Tackle.io, and Salesforce data entry, reporting, and updating. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to quickly understand processes, and proficient in managing data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and operation of Microsoft Partner Programs including CSI, MCI, Partner Center Referrals, Azure Marketplace, and Tackle.io.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and updating tasks in Salesforce and other systems as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the alliance leader and other team members to optimize processes and systems.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies that support alliance operations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for alliance management and operations.
• Document processes for future use.
• Leverage existing systems to run usage and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in alliance/partner operations, sales operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, Azure. Marketplace, and other relevant partner platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.

This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
