Navigating the position: The Role of Order Data Entry Temp

OTG is actively seeking temporary consultants who will contribute to a pivotal system transition. We are implementing Salesforce CPQ to replace Sportal, our current order system for Learning & Assessment. A Data Entry / Data Cleanse temporary consultant for 6 months is required for us to update and maintain order data within a unified structure, supporting the migration process into CPQ. This role will involve both manual and dual data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to prevent potential project delays. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team and help facilitate this critical transition. Your Voyage Ahead:

Data Management

• Manual Data Entry: Execute manual data entry tasks to accurately input order data into the designated Salesforce CPQ system.
• Data Cleansing: Conduct thorough data cleansing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data.
• Data Structuring: Organize and structure order data effectively to meet the specific requirements of the Salesforce CPQ software.

Quality Assurance

• Discrepancy Resolution: Work collaboratively with team members to identify and correct any discrepancies or inconsistencies found in the data.
• Dual Data Entry: Employ dual data entry techniques to cross-verify data and validate its accuracy.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow established data entry and cleansing protocols to maintain data quality and compliance.

Communication and Collaboration

• Progress Updates: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and supervisors, providing regular updates on progress.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to address any challenges that arise during the data entry process.

Time Management and Security

• Deadline Adherence: Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising data quality or accuracy.
• Confidentiality and Security: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security to protect sensitive information during the data entry and cleansing process.

Recommended to bring on board:

• Experience: Proven track record in data entry or a related role, emphasizing accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Data Cleansing: Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and procedures is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and tools, along with basic knowledge of spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
