  • Grow the broadband business (Globe At Home, GFiber Prepaid, and Home Prepaid WiFi) through maximizing customer value among existing subscribers of the Globe Group – cross sell, upsell, reload, retention, and loyalty
  • Develops nationwide and territory strategy for the brand, supported by customer insights and industry trends
  • Build a sustainable business model/base management framework to support all customers as well as business operations - exclusive loyalty offers, channel management, customer touchpoints, campaign analytics
Duties and Responsibilities: CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTING
  • Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
  • Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy)
  • Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal departments to update market profiles and create game plans
MARKETING OPERATIONS
  • Identified pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing complaints or churn and creates the gameplan to address them, within product capabilities and annual budget, which will result in lower churn
  • Continuous innovation to maximize opportunities identified in customer sentiments as aligned with the company’s vision
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
  • Drives all executions in a timely manner
  • Translates the brand strategy into an optimum mix to target the right customer with the right offer at the right time through the right channels
  • Engages and builds strong relationships with all readiness partners – Product, customer experience, marketing, and finance
  • Leads project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all Base Management campaigns. Manage risks & ensure theta solutions to problems are implemented in line with existing control processes
