Joining OSF Digital as a Lead Platform Consultant, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

A respected consultant and Salesforce.com advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery. Building strong relationships are integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, partners and OSF Digital team through pre-sales activities and leading client engagements.

It is expected that you will work with OSF Digital to develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce Consulting services.

Requirements

Skill Set:

• 4+ years project delivery experience.
• Strong functional background and understanding of salesforce.com, Force.com and CRM in general.
• Experience in presales, proposals and estimation.
• Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder management and project delivery.
• An understanding of modern workplace delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional consulting, client engagement, communication and presentation skills.
• An ability to create and maintain a high level of written communication, artefacts and documentation.
