Insights and Reports Analyst

The Insights and Reports Analyst will lead and integrates the output of the Analysts team ensuring production of quality reports, accuracy and actionability of holistic customer-centric insights, accuracy, and executability of models. The role is primarily located in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Define data requirements and support the Lead to drive delivery.
• Liaises with external teams to identify and extract data required for generating campaign insights.
• Creates whitelists and other data-driven requests to support squad’s deliverables, if necessary.
• Gather, extract, & transform raw data into readable data.
• Define Dashboard & reporting requirements.
• Regular maintenance and delivery of simple-moderate complexity Dashboard & Report.
• Squad SPOC for KPI standardization – in collaboration with lead.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of squad dashboards & reports.
• Collaborate with the squad lead in defining the right business questions, answerable by data & insights.
• Develop the team’s insighting framework (data requirements covering internal, external, qualitative and quantitative, methodology/approach, target date) to answer the pertinent business questions.
• Creates and continuously updates robust portraits of squad-level target consumer segments based on insights, behaviors and sentiments.
• Assist campaign designer and business analyst in testing campaign hypotheses.
• Assist campaign designer and business analyst with output of statistical models and its usage.
• CRM: Provide level insights based on data from customer, campaign and channel interaction history. Lead level campaign deep dives, post mortems & recommendations to lift campaign & channel response & efficiencies; Support development of Campaign level P&L – for integration by train insights & reports lead.
• Drive and define specific Modeling Requirements.
• Deliver models if it has capability/capacity, endorse to the lead model requirements that are beyond the team’s capability & capacity.

• Is knowledgeable in using SQL & Python Languages for data processing.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Has the ability to plan work, meet deadlines, and analyze/interpret data.
• Has experience using Microsoft Excel (pivots, graphs, etc.)/PowerPoint.
• (Plus) if she/he knows how to use visualization tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio (GDS), etc.
• Basic data visualization/storytelling to communicate insights to stakeholders.
