Job Description: As a Growth Specialist at Ohmyhome, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth through strategic content management, data-driven marketing improvements, and proactive marketing outreach. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management:

  • Develop and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including the company website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Create compelling property listings, market reports, and client testimonials to enhance our brand presence.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the companys brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and virtual tours.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

2. Use of Data to Improve Marketing:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and client engagement metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to target specific demographics and improve lead generation.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.
