Technology Recruiter

This role will primarily support the Technology team of Talent Acquisition Manila. This role is tasked to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of business activities by managing the the full life cycle recruitment for assigned segments/lines of business across WTW. This will include effective partnerships with hiring managers, supporting Junior Recruiters, and other stakeholders across the organization

The shift for this role will either be APAC (9am-6pm/10am-7pm) depending on the business to be supported, with the possibility of changing shifts as per assignment.

The Role

• Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for junior to supervisory hiring
• Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in technology
• Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities
• Partner closely with recruiting, business and HR advisors to understand hiring needs
• Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity
• Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies

The Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• With 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience in technology services
• Good client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
• Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Proven success effectively working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring need
