Talent Sourcing & Screening Specialist

We are seeking a talented Talent Sourcing & Screening Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the proactive engagement of the candidate market and headhunting on roles in critical talent segments and support the Talent Acquisition team with the screening of candidates in our volume areas, maintaining the overall candidate experience and amplifying Domain Group’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

• Employ direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage with high-potential candidates in critical talent segments. Develop compelling links to Domain Group’s employee value propositions and tailor messaging to attract passive candidates

• Provide support for high-volume screening of candidates in volume recruitment areas, ensuring best practice assessment

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and capabilities required to deliver our strategy to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners. Regularly update and assess pipeline data, track candidate engagement, and nurture relationships to anticipate and address future hiring needs.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead and Talent Acquisition Partners to support their sourcing strategies and campaigns for active roles. Provide insights, candidate recommendations, and market intelligence to inform targeted sourcing efforts and optimise recruitment outcomes.

• Provide a positive candidate experience in the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth interview process.

You have:

• Previous experience in direct sourcing techniques in an internal talent team

• Experience using sourcing platforms and techniques to effectively identify and engage with passive candidates.

• Expertise in leveraging social media platforms and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing, engagement, and branding purposes.

• Use of data and insights to conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify talent trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing opportunities.

• Utilisation of effective candidate assessment techniques to ensure critical capabilities acquired and drive quality of hire

• Knowledge of employer branding principles and strategies for enhancing the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice for key talent and DEI intersectionalities

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Google Suite is a plus
