Digital Marketing Assistant - Organic Social

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant - Organic Social for our growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing organic social media strategies across various platforms. The primary goal will be to grow and engage our brands audience through compelling content and community management.

The Role

• Manage Social Media Content & Posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube Posts(still images with description)
• Disperse new content deliverables to content drive folders & notify the email campaign/ad creation team
• Oversee/Plan Monthly Email Campaigns (not create or design, just proof, approve, suggest, and plan calendar based on products available each month)
• Manage a small handful of influencers occasionally each month
• Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
• Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
• Coordinate with the in-house design team for creatives and copy
• Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy and creative
• Community management (monitor / engage on social within a client-provided framework)
• Track various data/project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
• Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas

The Requirements

• 2+ years experience with organic social management for Meta and TikTok
• 1+ years experience with a social management platform like Hootsuite
• Broad experience with multiple social ad platforms
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to work EST/PST

Nice to have

• Similar brand experience eComm apparel via Shopify is ideal!
• Proofing experience
• Not required, but a bonus if they have experience doing crowdfunding, kickstarter campaign

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
