Security Officer shall ensure that all security controls and standards is being applied and constantly monitored at site. He is in-charge to manage the team of Security provider and perform and deliver the expected KPI based on the contract. Provide resolutions and recommendations for any gaps of security controls inside the site. Security Officer shall all support requirements and programs being as suggested by the client.

Responsibilities

> He/She shall manage site Security service provider, its function, expectations and security controls

> He/She shall follow all Security standards being implemented by the country and reagional Leads.

> Ensure the safety and welfare of all DSC PH employees

> Communicate with other stake holders of other functions to align the security controls and process.

> Comply in accordance with agreed SLA of DSC PH and customer for all Security related matters.

> Oversees compliance and certification of site Security according with requirements and standards that has to be delivered by the site.

> Promotes awareness, peace and order to site at any given time.
