Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Daily review of projects in Trello and ensuring these meet deadlines
• Placing orders as required
• Communication with partners about orders, briefs and campaigns where necessary
• Invoicing and following up on payments for partner print and merchandise orders
• Working with your assigned Marketing Manager and Business Manager to deliver Marketing Strategy Meetings and Launch Plan Presentations
• Assist with the setup of Google Business & Facebook Business Manager during onboarding
• Assist with the creation of Facebook & Google Ads
• Assist with the setup of Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as required
• Creation of Newsletter Templates
• Assist with the management of Website development during the onboarding stage
• Work with your Marketing Manager to develop a launch social media plan or assist with posts (dependent on partnership level)
• Work with your Marketing Manager to report on activity on a monthly/quarterly report including the Quarterly Agendas
• Proofreading and checking of design assets before sent to Partners

Job Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing
• Keen attention to details
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• All jobs are kept up to date with project management software
• (Trello) including partner name, project name, team member(s) assigned, due date entered
• All jobs are correctly updated as they move through project phases
• Response to requests on the same business day where possible, the next business day when requests are made after 3:30 PM
• Orders placed for partners within 24 hours of approval
• UPA invoices to be paid within 30 days
• Completed website delivered with 100% accuracy 2 business days prior to launch
• 100% accuracy across all checklists, website, print, and digital media
• Key deadlines and timeframes were met ensuring a successful launch
• 100% completion rate of onboarding & audit checklists
