Security Officer

1. To manage the application of MIAA passes for new personnel. 2. To renew MIAA passes for daily, monthly, and annual. 3. To apply for the MIAA passes of the visitor. 4. To coordinate with MIAA for the security awareness of new personnel. 5. To collect documents for the applications for the MIAA pass, such as the MIAA application form, NBI clearance, ADE information sheet, barangay clearance, police clearance, and background check. 6. To apply for the approval of Inward and outward movement of materials, items, etc. 7. To keep the records of ADE employees for the MIAA documents. 8. To apply for the AMA of the ground equipment and vehicles of ADE. 9. To renew the AMA license of all vehicles of ADE. 10. To coordinate with MIAA for the inspections of vehicles and facilities at ADE. 11. To coordinate with PAA security for the implementation of the security program. 12. To report any security matters involving the ADE operations incident or accident. 13. To process billing from a third-party security provider of ADE. 14. To assign tasks from time to time when needed.
