Assist in conducting surveys, interviews, or focus groups to identify learning needs of CMG
Learn to analyze data and identify trends to inform training priorities. 2. Training Program Development and Delivery
  • Help design and develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Help L&D Experts organize trainings, workshops and other learning activities
3. Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Help collect feedback from participants before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Learn to analyze feedback data and make recommendations for program improvement.

4. Assist in documenting training processes and procedures.
