Ground Operations Training Officer

Your Responsibilities: a. Report, share, and update information related to dangerous goods regulations and other dangerous goods issues that may affect the operations of Guest Services and Ramp to the relevant Department; b. Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation;
c. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met;
d. Help managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
e. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees;
f. Collaborates with management to gain knowledge of work situation requiring training for employees;
g. Maintain the training information and recordkeeping system and respond to queries;
h. Compile and update information with respect to training completions and attendance records;
i. Ensure reports, correspondence and documentation and information are recorded, processed and maintained in accordance with the procedures. Your Duties: a. Ensuring that all staff receive statutory training requires, and liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations; b. Coordinating external training as the need arises; c. Liaising with Regional Ground Operations, and CAE on all required Airasia training and schedules; d. Ensure the Dangerous Goods Training Material are updated annually (with the issuance of IATA DGR and ICAO) including the addendum; e. Coordinate with CAAP for Approval of the annual updating of the training program. Your Traits: a. Proficient in oral and written English and Filipino; b. Ability to maintain high confidentially, tact and discretion when dealing with people; c. Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels, both inside and outside the organization; d. Highly motivated individual with demonstrated capacity for hard work and responsibility; e. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think and respond appropriately in difficult situations; f. Leadership skills and an authoritative approach and worthy of respect among peers and management; g. Experience in multicultural organization. Your Merits: a. Bachelors Degree in any field. b. High comfort level working in a diverse environment c. Good Knowledge of Google Suites
