Job Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming calls on all ACD lines coming into the Customer Resolution Center.
  • Create, maintain and resolve service ticket requests and messages in Oracle systems – OEC and EBS by making sure to follow customer and equipment instructions when creating service tickets.
  • Utilize text paging functions for all telecommunication devices used by associates.
  • Send email correspondence to non-Vertiv as instructed.
  • Assign approved service providers according to procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Grammar Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Accurate data entry/database experience and skills
