Job Description Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure, processes and tools necessary to deploy, monitor and manage machine learning model to production environment JOB RESPO: Model Deployment
  • Creation of scripts and use of tools to deploy machine learning models into production
  • Ensure the efficient, reproducible and scalable deployment process
  • Implement automation scripts and tools related to deployment (CI/CD)
Model Scoring and whitelist creation
  • Ensure timeline and accurate scoring of all use cases assigned to him/her
  • Ensure that accurate whitelists are provided to business partners
Model Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Develop monitoring solutions to track the performance of the deployed models
  • Implement logging to capture relevant information for bug and issue analysis
Scalability and Efficiency:
  • Optimize infrastructure and processes to ensure scalability and models can handle different workloads and data volume
  • Implement strategies for proper utilization of resources
Model Governance
  • Implement model versioning, tracking and governance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
  • Test and resolve issues related to model scoring, performance, infrastructure and data
  • Implement efficient debugging practices to identify and address problems quickly
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 1 year experience in Machine Learning, DevOps or Infrastructure and Software Development
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Educational Attainment: BS Computer Science Computer Engineering, Data Science, IT; Masters degree in similar field preferred.
