Remote Logistics Operations Coordinator

This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the Philippines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Operation Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Operation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for Track and Trace and posting loads to load boards and booking carriers.

Requirements

• Coordinate Transportation: Manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stock outs.
• Order Fulfillment: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize Supply Chain: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with transportation providers, warehouses, and other third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transportation and inventory data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics operations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining a safe working environment.

Pay: From Php38,700.00 per month
