Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of partners across various industries

  • Build a pipeline of partnership leads resulting in closing of commercial partnerships that will lead to new revenue streams

  • Create and pitch business proposals which conceptualize, structure and define the terms of proposed partnerships, with key deliverables being presentation decks and financial projections.

  • Negotiate with external partners and internal stakeholders (commercial, product, marketing) to come to a mutual agreement of the terms of the partnership.

  • Lead internal workstreams to ensure timely and successful execution of partnerships.

  • Track partnership performance post-launch to ensure business KPIs are met, and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness of future partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or advertising

  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in commercial partnerships, business development and project management.

  • Must be a strong networker. Able to build, manage and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholder

  • Able to analyze data and to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics

  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional (internal) and with affiliates/partners in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to handle multi-task and have good time management skills to be able to handle projects with tight timelines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software

  • Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus!
