Responsibilities

  • Close coordination to suppliers and conduct negotiation to ensure to get the best price for each purchased product.
  • Conduct Market Research to identify trends.
  • Inspect products received for quality and quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
  • Monitored stock level and identify purchasing needs.
  • Maintain open lines of communications with suppliers.
  • Prepare cost analyses.
  • Performs related job duties as required.

Requirements

  • Business Administration graduate or equivalent
  • Preferably with minimum 1-year experience in purchasing (importation)
  • Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP)
  • Has business writing skills
  • Has keen eye on details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
