TASKS:
Coordinate maintenance requests

Handling phone calls and emails

Manage, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day maintenance requests

Maintain contracts, job approvals and any other documentation

Coordinate with property managers and maintenance technicians

Monitor/coordinate misc housing compliance
Work from home

Monthly gross salary of $735

8 AM - 4 PM (California Time/Pacific Time)
