Ensuring that all return refund processes have been processed accordingly. Files claims as necessary (e.g. damaged package by the courier, lost parcel etc).

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that all return refund processes have been processed accordingly.
• Files claims as necessary (e.g. damaged package by the courier, lost parcel etc)
• Capture and report possible fraudulent buyers.
Maintain such monitoring of all refunds and return processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce or other related field
• Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, etc.)
• Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional team
