  • Organize and maintain internal customer registration forms.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all related to work.
  • Process customer registration.
  • Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns via phone and/or e-mail.
  • Support Sales Team regarding the customer registration
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written is required

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Specialist is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Strong skills in using desktop computer (PC)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point
  • Knowledge of ERP system is preferred. We are willing to train.
  • Excellent customer service skills
