Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Corporate Initiatives and Advocacies Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible in taking the lead in strategic planning and monitoring of(Sustainable Livelihood, Environmental Stewardship, Community Development) Projects nationwide; to ensure timely and responsive CSR projects to beneficiaries by establishing collaborative relationships within the Department, other NGCP functions and external groups adhering to widely accepted protocols, and institutionalizing guidelines including monitoring processes for program implementation.
1. Strategic Development, Effective Implementation Guidance and Monitoring Of CSR Programs/Projects;
Leads and assists the development of strategies on planning and implementing (Sustainable Livelihood, Environmental Stewardship, Community Development) Projects 2. Building Partnerships Internally and Externally For CSR Programs; Leads and assists in planning and implementing CSR projects assigned to the Sustainable Livelihood, Environmental Stewardship, Community Development) advocacy group.

3.Safety And Quality Management
Ensure that activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.

Requirements:


Education:
  • Graduate of any 4-year related course

Experience:
  • Must have at least 3years of relevant work experience

Competencies:
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Advance oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level negotiation skills
  • Adequate skills in project management
